At school I hated science, but since starting my self-development and spiritual journey in 2019 which led me to Becky at the Sound Healing School UK in 2022, I have been fascinated by the impact of sound waves on the human mind and body.  I love how everything around us has a vibrational field that interacts with everything around it, without us knowing.

I’m fortunate to live in Buckinghamshire which means I have a lot of opportunities to get out into nature and listen to the sounds and perceived silence. I have been running sound baths in Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire for the last few years and am always touched and honoured to be part of my participants’ journeys as they discover the impact and beauty of sound to go deeply within them, reconnect them with themselves and find a new appreciation for sounds around them.
